For some reason my time lapse software decided to crap out on me, which is a shame because it always seemed to do it at the best parts. No one wants to watch someone outline for 4 hours - they want to see the fun parts where everything comes together. Anyway, this is what happened last weekend. 7+ hours of work, most of which were not captured. But here's what was! It's still fun to watch. A little taste of Kentucky
Painting abstract I'm comfortable with. Painting realism, plein air or still life I'm comfortable with. But painting semi-realism with an abstract bend... that was tougher. I kept wanting to paint inside the lines. But overall I'm happy I gave myself a chance to try out this style.
